First Visit

When you arrive at the Tulsa NeuroSpine office, please report directly to the reception desk. Our receptionist can help you with any forms or paperwork that needs to be completed prior to seeing the doctor.

Please be sure to have your insurance information available and any other documentation you may need, such as information about your referring physician and a list of medications you are currently taking.

patient Once you have completed the necessary paperwork, you will be directed to our comfortable waiting area. The time you spend in the waiting area will vary.

Although Dr. Rodgers and staff make every effort to remain on schedule, there are times when emergency situations arise or office visits take longer than anticipated. Patients may need more time to talk with the doctor about an upcoming surgery or postoperative examinations may take longer than expected.

It is important that we take the time needed to talk with each patient and address all questions and concerns so we can provide the highest quality care possible. We ask for your understanding if you experience a delay in your appointment.

However, you can be assured that if you have questions or concerns or need additional time, we will take the time necessary to help you understand your condition and treatment.
